An Email Footer is the bottom section of an email message that does not change from one email marketing campaign to another. It usually consists of a company's mailing address, phone number and a message containing the link to unsubscribe. Adding all these elements is necessary to stay compliant to the CAN-SPAM Regulations.

CAN-SPAM Regulations require that organizations take responsibility of the messages that they send. SendX makes it easy for you as it makes sure that you are meeting those requirements.

You can edit what you want to show in your footer settings by going to Settings.

Click on the Account Details Tab.

Here you can see, a field for Postal Address and Default HTML Unsubscribe Footer.
You can edit your details here or you can leave them as default.

Below you'll find the Default HTML Unsubscribe Page where you can use the content editor to customize the page that is displayed when the user clicks on the Unsubscribe button.And that is it! That is all you need to manage to keep your Footers CAN-SPAM Compliant. SendX handles the rest!
