Annual billing saves 25% compared to monthly. Custom pricing is available for high-volume senders above 500,000 contacts.
Every SendX plan comes with unlimited email sends to your opted-in contacts. We only charge you for your contacts. There are no hidden email limits whatsoever.
We count unique active contacts (subscribers) only once, regardless of how many segments or lists they're in. If the same contact appears in multiple places, you're only charged once. We also do not charge for unsubscribes or contacts that mark you as spam as they are no longer "active" and will not be emailed.
Your account continues functioning normally for up to 48 hours to prevent campaign disruption. We'll notify you immediately to either upgrade your plan or reduce your contact count.
